Job Description :
- Support the implementation of relevant Performance & Reward policies and programs within the business, aligned with Group Performance & Reward, and coordinate key strategic processes, working through the Generalist teams.
- Deliver timely considered analysis of complex data to inform senior HR and business decision-making.
- Contribute specialist expertise in the development of the region or business line compensation structures and incentive plans.
- Support senior Specialists in managing local benefits framework and policies.
- Business managers endorse relevant Performance & Reward products and processes.
- Sought-after adviser to HR colleagues.
- Customer satisfaction survey results and customer feedback.
- People Management.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with Generalists to ensure business managers are provided with timely strategic advice for performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Support matrixed decision making for relevant Performance & Reward decisions.
- Role model behaviors required for delivery of the transformed function.
- To support cost management and cost efficiencies on Benefits program for the various sites/countries across GSC/TC.
