About Company:

Our client is a leading mid- market investment bank with strong practices around M&A, PE, Capital Markets, Institutional Equities, Wealth Management, Insurance Broking, and Portfolio Management Services.

Roles & responsibilties:

- Responsible for entire operations and managing back-office team of the Broking business.

- Well versed with all functions like KYC, Demat Operations, Back-office ops etc.

- Ensure all processes and data is submitted on time for regulatory compliances.

- Experience of handling teams and processes.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in back-office Operations for Broking.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Graduate/PG with understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
