We are looking for positions in Operations with a leading BPO at Gurgaon/ Pune

Experience : 13-18 years experience with good exposure in operations

Role & Responsibilities :

- Overall Management of project, implementing Legal guidance, HR policies

- Responsible for Account management and handling all P& L activities of account

- Managing the clients and stake-holders to deliver projects effectively.

- Handling the team,mentoring the team members.

- Implements performance goals, monitors and evaluates against pre-set goals implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed.
