Responsibilities
1. Regional OCRM leadership
- Ongoing delivery of harmonised practices in regional aligned to global OCRM priorities for seamless service offer
- Promote OCRM services to help develop relationships with GBSU and BU partners
- Devise roadmap with regional OCRM services to align with business and GBSU priorities
- Coach and develop OCRM staff to raise profile and reach a common global standard
2. Client Technology & Digitization Strategy
- Contribute to strategy around client technology needs
- Establish vendor relationships with key FinTech firms that can drive improvements and automation for our clients
- Build matrices of vendor tools and KCP clients, in order to eliminate single client tools and proactively propose solutions to our top clients
- Build and drive SG Markets strategy for Tier-1 clients
- Foster close relationship with the Digital Office and OCRM, so OCRM is seen as technology drivers
3. External Stakeholder management
- Participate at OCRM broker forums
- Develop relations with equivalent peers at sell-side firms

Specific Context
1. Increase client centricity and accountability through the GBSU organization
- Consolidate structured relationships with GBSU stakeholders in local region to drive client centricity agenda
- Contribution to GBSU SSU Excos to share client centricity indicators and NPS evolution
- Ensure OCRM contribution to VCx/FTx-aligned CITA or performance dialogue with appointed Client Centricity Champion
- Promote greater client engagement between individual GSBU contributors and OCRMs
- Partner with GBSU Sponsor to share accountability for increased client NPS
- Representative for GBSU client agenda to Wholesale Business Units
- Present evolution of GBSU Tier-1 Client NPS and action plans to Wholesale BUs on periodic basis
