Senior Role - Merger & Acquisition - CA/IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Key Responsibilities :

- Business planning and financial modeling for business opportunities

- An depth understanding of identified industry sectors

- Defining and tracking key performance measures for all group businesses

- Supporting annual planning and budgeting efforts

- Strategy for new product and/ or new market entry

Ideal candidate should have :

- MBA/ CA from a premier institute

- Worked in a leading investment bank, PE/ VC firm or a strategic role in an operating company

- 10-12 years of work experience post-qualification
