The role into consideration is a Category /Marketing management role based out of Gurgaon for a MNC in FMCG category.
Key Responsibilities would be
- To conceive, develop, implement and execute successful brand strategies and obtain leadership for an assigned portfolio of international brands.
- Achieve Volume and profit targets through conceptualizing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies plans and initiatives .
- Constantly monitor competitive strategies and pricing and recommend brand's pricing in order to protect and improve brand's volume and profitability.
- Work closely & provide relevant market inputs, creative content needs, consumer insights, consumer behaviour & trends to the Brand Co. Head of Portfolio & localization manager & Brand Co. Senior content manager in charge of developing communication, content and digital assets Lead successful global marketing/ brand strategy and activities to improve visibility and credibility in the media.
- Identify & translate global brand strategy into relevant local activation, setting and directing brand / portfolio promotion strategy & input the Brand Co. activation manager.
Desired Candidate profile
- Would be someone with experience in handling sales and marketing of domestic and international consumer brands at National level (Including Premier category).
- Should also have experience in generating and translating customer insight into brand plans and should have experience in managing brand initiatives in traditional & Digital media space.
- Experience in reappraising an existing or establishing a new brand / Business would be desired.
