This role is accountable for management of complex, critical &amp; large professional disciplinary areas, which include but are not limited to:&nbsp; - Conceptualization &amp; delivery of analytics solutions for priority Cards &amp; Retail business problems - Accountable for the end results of analytics led marketing initiatives within the business. - Develop and communicate data-driven actionable insights to business - Leverage banking products knowledge, analytical technical depth &amp; know-how to lead complex mandates and deliver in a time bound manner - Lead analytics project delivery per the vision of Data &amp; Analytics. - Spearhead team &amp; talent strategy and provide people leadership to nurture talent and enable high performance. - Proven track record in delivering analytics projects in the Financial Services sector - Depth of expertise in banking product P&amp;L mechanics - Extensive experience in working with data to carve out actionable insights and recommendations for the business - Strong domain knowledge of analytics tools &amp; techniques covering the entire analytics value chain, especially on Descriptive and Prescriptive elements - Experience with marketing analytics, especially in the areas of delivering analytics projects on banking products, campaigns, and customer profitability - Knowledge of / experience with Acquisition, Lifecycle Management and Retention strategies, and application of analytics to maximizing Customer Lifetime Value - Strong Analytical problem solving skills - Experience with in-depth business analytics and problem solving, ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities - Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leverage consumer data to solve business problems in the financial domain - Proven ability in analyzing large datasets to gain insights and ability to drive business decisions - Ability to implement analytical business solutions in collaboration with other teams in the organization - Work closely with other Analytics teams (MIS, Campaign &amp; Data Science, etc) to develop the required deep dive analysis, dashboards and diagnostic tools - Strong storytelling and presentation skills to deliver technical insight to non-technical leaders - Past exposure to analytical programming or query languages such as SAS, SQL, R &amp;/or Python - Proven track record of building and leading high performance analytics teams - Management responsibility of people, budget and planning, to include coaching &amp; mentoring team members on analytical project delivery, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, budget approval, resource utilization, and maintaining the overall engagement of the team (VOE) -&nbsp; Maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships - Drive each initiative and track performance against impact to business goals - Ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and successfully managing competing priorities Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in Analytics functions such as marketing / product / analytics / customer experience / user experience, with at-least 5 years in the Financial Services - Masters/University degree, Ph.D preferred in quantitative disciplines.
