Person is responsible to handle luxury sales team and ensure to meet the targets. This role involves prospecting, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with customers. The person should have in-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market and team handling skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the luxury sales target are at par.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers and handle HNI clients.
3. Play a strategic role in the company by driving enhanced sales revenue generation.
4. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive Luxury property sales.
5. Set sales targets, track performance, and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and developers.
7. Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective Luxury domain buyers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
9. Analyse market trends and demographics to identify target markets and opportunities.
10. Customer Consultation and Relationship Management: Meet with HNI clients to understand their real estate needs, objectives, and budget.
11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring regular communication and follow-up.
12. Negotiate with customers & close the sale as per approval matrix and guide the RM's as well.
13. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on local and regional residential real estate market trends, property values, and regulations. Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and insightful information.
14. To enhance channel broker network with new empanelment's.
