Roles & Responsibilities :
- Talent Development and Learning programs.
- Facilitate learning sessions individually and along with senior leaders of the firm.
- Content development and design. Have an understanding of measuring effectiveness or understanding of assessing Psychometric tests.
- Experience in Coaching, mentoring senior leaders.
- Analyzing learning trends.
- Candidates with good 10+ years of experience, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills preferred.
