Senior Role - ITSM Product Development

We are hiring for ITSM_Product Development, level -5 for our service based client.

Summary:

Performs complex product design, bug verification, systems analysis, release testing and programming activities, using research and analysis. Supports full life-cycle of product development processes for creating new products and services. Investigates and resolves complex business and technical product integration matters of significance. Focuses on a specific product or family of technologies in multiple platforms; functions independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the technical
decisions during various phases of the project.

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Bachelor degree in software engineering, information systems, computer science, or related field preferred

Experience : 6+ yrs of technical experience in product design and support

- Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies; and technical products, vendors, families of technologies, and product configurations

- Experience working with product development life cycle, product and platform configurations, and business processes as they impact overall product plans

- Experience working with technology architecture, mainframes, scheduling software, and other related technologies

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

- Expertise in Service Now ITSM.

- Experience in Integrations & CMDB.

- Experience in Portal & Dashboards.

- Experience in ITBM ,ITSM Pro & ITSM Enterprise is a plus.

- Experience in Predictive Intelligence and Performance Analytics is a plus.

- Experience in ITOM is a plus.

Salary : Based on the relevant experience
