Chemical Natural Resources - CNR
- Acting as a single point of contact from CNR Industry Team for new opportunities (RFIs, RFPs, client visits)
- Gathering insights from Account Leads, map, and present relevant assets, tools and accelerators to aid Industry Differentiation story
- Establishing strong connect with leadership across organizations and geographies to bring best of methodologies, SMEs, and innovations for clients
- Overseeing the due diligence progress from Industry narration perspective, while supporting client requests & opportunities
- Supporting complex, multi-discipline RFPs by engaging right SMEs; eliciting leadership support and liaison with global community
- Identifying and analyzing Business Development opportunities that are aligned with client agendas through regular connects with client account executives
- Developing differentiated, compelling response line for new client opportunities
- Leading market research and opportunity mapping activities so as to identify and prioritize client creation/ account penetration opportunities
- Shaping and leading the Industry specific solution configuration, providing inputs to deal finance teams
- Facilitating interlock of Centre of Excellence capabilities with global/geography-based client service groups and account leads
- Regular meetings and communications with client account leads, internal business service leads and CNR Industry team
- Regular coordination with deal manager, proposal specialists to shape overall Industry Differentiation and Industry-specific story
- Providing relevant insights into Win-Loss analysis, and capturing inputs for Industry leadership updates
Years of Experience :
- More than 10 years of demonstrated experience in Chemicals, Mining, Metals, Paper, Cement or related process industries; having worked in IT/Technology based Business Development, Account Development and Sales activities
- Not more than 15 yr of total exp
Skill Details :
Must have :
- Global Outlook with deep Chemicals / Natural Resources (Metals, Mining etc.) industry understanding
- Program definition and management - structured analysis, ability to multi-task with different groups
- Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
- Excellent client management and presentation skills.
Good to have :
- Relevant experience in handling Systems Integration (ERP)/Application Outsourcing related deals involving solution estimation, mobilization, and resourcing
- Prior exposure to leading or supporting large business and technology transformation programs will be preferred
- Experience of working in global geographies
Academic Competence :
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed institute from India or abroad
- Engineering in Chemicals/Mining/Metals/Petrochemicals will be a plus
