Hiring for a Leading Private Bank

Responsibilities :

- The position is part of the Strategic Procurement Unit will support Pan India sourcing of IT software Category for licenses, applications, cloud services and related services including but not limited to Core Banking, Retail Assets, Payment solutions, Data Centre related applications, End User licenses etc.

- Role requires strong collaboration with the key stakeholders in IT and Business unit to understand their requirement, recommend right sourcing strategy, identify suitable vendors, float enquiry / RFP/ Tender, conduct negotiations and finalise rate contract.

- Identify opportunities and work on innovative solution to optimize the TCO for each spend categories.

- Research the vendor market to gain good knowledge and understanding and explore alternate solutions.

- Interact with the internal customers and work closely with them to identify areas of improvement.

- Develops relationships with key / critical external partners in accordance with the organizational policies to ensure desired benefits, innovation and risk management is met.

- Support the discussion on contractual terms and finalization of various agreements related to the product and services sourced in consultation with the Business, Legal and other stakeholder teams.
