Senior Role - IT Infrastructure - AIF/PMS

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

- Implement and maintain firewalls and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to enhance system security and minimize vulnerabilities.

- Conduct regular system audits and provide reports on security, performance, and infrastructure health.

- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment and services.

- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams and security policies.

- Train and guide junior IT staff on best practices in infrastructure management and cybersecurity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and management.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and firewall implementation (e.g., Sophos, Fortinet, or similar).

- Proficiency in network management and troubleshooting.

- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in cybersecurity

- Hands-on experience with Sophos and Forticlient VPN configurations.

- Familiarity with SIEM and SOC tools for security monitoring and incident response.
