Role includes - 

- Compensation Planning,

- Incentive Design,

- SAP Module structuring,

- Benefits Policy Formulation,

- Salary & Variable Pay Design

- Structuring of BD schemes, designing and governance

The above covers run across India & International locations

Also, International C&B exposure and/or IT/ITES experiences in C&B, Indian listed company experience and thereby have some exposure to NRC agenda requirements, familiarity with design and review of sales incentive plans, benefits policy design and roll-out/uptake enhancement experiences.
