Position : Senior Role - Internal Audit
Educational Background : Chartered Accountant
Work Experience :
- Tenure : 8 years of work experience in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations / consulting firm, known for good processes and systems environment.
- Content Areas : should have worked in GRC with good exposure in process audits
- Industries : experience of working preferably in manufacturing, Big-4 consulting firm
Key Responsibilities :
- Process Audit : Plans and performs process audits or evaluations in specific risk areas at company level to identify process weaknesses, inefficiencies, operational issues and frauds.
- Measurement and Monitoring : Defines and implements measurement and tracking mechanisms to assess and monitor process improvement initiatives for the company.
- Internal Control System and DOA : Sets up internal controls and Delegation of Authority (DOA ) processes; assesses risks and internal controls by identifying areas of non-compliance.
- Risk & Compliance : Implementing and setting up the Risk & Compliance framework at Company level basis the Group Policies.

- Functional Expertise : has strong knowledge in the areas of process maturity and efficiency, internal audits and setting up of Internal Controls and delegation of Authority; possesses strong knowledge of statutory and legal compliances.
