We are hiring for a leading BPO based at Mumbai/Gurgaon/Bangalore

Position : Sr. Level role in - Insurance Practitioner

Experience : 15-20 years in - Should have experience in managing Global Sales across the Insurance Space

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, management information systems, or related discipline, MBA is preferred

Role & Responsibilities :

- Lead and shape winning proposal for large scale Insurance RFP and sole-sourced engagements

- Lead Sales growth and mining in existing Diamond and priority accounts for specific Market

- Create value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to Sales closure.

- Co-innovate and lead Transformation agenda for our clients.

- Must be well versed with Industry Digital technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital Insurance solutions.

- You must have strong sales orientation and executive presence

- You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at functional and at CxO levels, and in shaping and delivering value-led programs.
