Role :
1. Formulate and ensure implementation of HR strategy
2. Develop appropriate organization architecture
3. Facilitate institutionalization of a performance driven, transparent culture
4. Assess competence/talent risks within the organization and develop mitigation steps
5. Ensure a robust pipeline of leadership talent through talent management and development
6. Focus on OD

8. Ensure harmonious Employee Relationship
9. Ensure Statutory Compliance
