- Reposition proposition both internally and externally to achieve organization's strategic objectives
- Focus on recruitment as strategic tool so that new hires contribute effectively to organization's long-term success and growth
Primary:
- Cost per hire
- Tracked at an org level and at a function level
- Time to fill (Tracked at an org level and at a function level)
- Calculate the average number of days it takes to fill a vacant position from the time it is open to the time a candidate is onboarded
Quality of hire :
- Evaluate productivity and performance of new hires at 3, 6 and 12-month
- Learning/Training hours & training effectiveness
- Number of employees who satisfactorily completed the training as a percentage of total enrollments
Attrition percentage :
- Measure against a 3-year moving average of internal attrition percentage
- Performance Appraisal Completion Rate
Secondary :
- Payroll cost as % of revenue
- Employee engagement score - Measured through can be an combination of various measurable inputs available to TLC (some examples are Pulse surveys, employee NPS, exit interviews.)
