- Plan and Manage Operating manpower-related AOP (Annual Operating Plan)Deliver SSC HR Operations as per agreed service levels.
- Lead and manage Operational governance and engagement with key stakeholders (CHRO, CoE, BHRs, IT, etc.)
- Ensure Statutory and Regulatory audit partners' engagement.
- Implement an Operational excellence framework and deliver tangible improvements.
- Deliver productivity improvement targets as per SLA framework.
- Lead and implement Governance and Audit control framework for effective service delivery.
- Lead Operational process improvement project including technology and E2E process changes for scope managed by SSC.
- Responsible for Employee related HR policies and process implementation and governance.
- Define Organization competency requirements and partner with HR council for improving and augmenting HR specifically Talent Acquisition capability within SSC.
- Design and implement operational governance processes for effective master data management maintenance.
