MBA 2004-2006 batches HR+ IR ( Employee Relations)
Role will be responsible for HR Delivery for the cluster of businesses and thereby providing strategic overview & managing day to day HR issues, taking HR initiatives for developing and retaining existing talent pool Also to handle employee relations or any employee compliance issues, PMS, change management, evaluation of hiring strategy, talent management and development, assessment centers, training etc
Key Skills :
- Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and methodical result orientation.
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret key people trends to take proactive people decisions.
- Exhibit original thinking and entrepreneurial traits with a proven track record.
- Leadership skills to engage collaborate and motivate a large team of stakeholders.
- Articulate and well-read with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasing personality, assertive with good inter-personal skills and hands on approach.
- Exposure to Employee relation function.
- Only Full time 2 yrs regular degree course from premier HR inst or MILS can apply .
