Qualifications
- Full-time LLB
- Minimum 15 years of experience
- Must have had at least one stint in a public sector bank in an IR role
Key Responsibilities :
- Examination of employee accountability in disciplinary cases and advising on appropriate course of action
- Execution of disciplinary process of various nature (including whistleblower, employee misconduct and fraud etc) across the organization.
- Ensuring employee raised disputes in courts are handled sensitively while protecting the bank's interest.
- Ensuring labor law compliances across the organization
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and acting as an advisor on course of action
- Reporting of employee cases to senior management and conducting due diligence in closure of pending cases
- Monitoring and tracking changes in the external industrial relations environment.
- Monitor and evaluate merged entity legacy cases
- Act in an advisory capacity to identify and help employee relation managers across India.
