- Ensure Statutory Compliance working Businesses, BHR, Legal and HR Ops teams
- Lead all Stat compliance matters of the company with focus on India.
- Provide leadership and overall direction to other geos outside of India.
- Provide direct leadership and expertise to matters related to PF, Stat Bonus, MW, Labour & Employment law, Employee actions such as Retrenchment/ Lay-offs, all IDA related matters etc.
- Liason and front end with required statutory authorities, labour commissioners, courts or as directed
- Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps
- Analysis of trends in Compliance and devise corresponding action plan.
- Audit of PF, Stat Bonus, MW and other processes on Statutory Compliance.
