Key Responsibilities.
- Lead and manage the SSC HR Operations and drive service delivery, process improvements, Governance and change management. Participate and execute on the Corporate level initiatives of HR function

- Manage a Payroll of 11000 employees
- Handle Talent Acquisition
- Manage External and Internal HR Vendors, Teams, departments, interact with COO's, CFO's, CHRO's and Sr leadership.
Educational Background
- MBA or Post Graduate diploma (Full time course) in HR and Information systems
Relevant Experience
- 10+ years of functional experience in large multi sector organizations preferably in Corporate functions related to HR Operations including Talent acquisition, Payroll, HR Compliances, Employee service desk
- 17-19 years of total experience of which 8-9 years in setting up and managing Shared Services operations delivery
