Will be servicing : Internal line of business (and not a HR shared services role)
- Irrespective of domain, the candidate should have awareness of HR systems & technologies . Implementation of HR systems (ATS , new technology trends etc)
- Strong delivery with Transformation & solutioning experience.
- Strong Experience in : Strategies, Implementation of HR transformation ; Solutioning
- Talent acquisition experience
- Will be predominantly into developing solutions AND will be responsible for bring in new systems; will work with the implementation & strategy team (Not much of a HRBP role)
- Initially, it will be for a single client ? but will eventually manage solutioning for multiple clients.
Premiere institutes- would be a plus. But not mandatory. (Min 12 yrs exp if they are from premier institutes).
Global stakeholder management experience OR Senior leadership stakeholder management experience exposure is mandatory.
