Position :- Senior HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures tailored for Emgage and our clients, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and business objectives.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR policy development, implementation, and compliance, while addressing their specific needs and challenges.

- Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations related to HR practices and employment laws, and ensure that policies and procedures are updated accordingly to mitigate compliance risks.

- Offer guidance and support to both internal teams and clients on a wide range of employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

- Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance HR capabilities and ensure consistent adherence to standards.

- Collaborate with the technology team to integrate HR policies seamlessly into our HRMS platform, providing clients with user-friendly solutions for policy administration and compliance tracking

- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR policies, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency, improve employee experiences, and support business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of HR policies, procedures, and related documentation, and generate reports as needed to monitor compliance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR policy development and implementation, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.

- Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing HR policies that support organizational goals, foster employee engagement, and mitigate risks.

- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and technology-driven solutions for HR policy administration and compliance tracking.

- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR are a plus.
