Summary:
- Under general supervision, administers HR policies and manager End - End employee cycle.
Essential Functions:
- Execute Talent Management and complete reward and recognition portfolio for the circle by rewarding people for success and driving the process as per guidelines on a monthly basis.
- Partnering with all the departments for smooth & timely implementation and execution of HR processes Policy formulation and implementation.
- Facilitating policies, Mediclaim assistance procedures for employees by coordinating with the third party and corporate, if needed
- Conduct Induction Programs for new joinees
- Smooth processing of Full & Final settlement of employees
- Attendance and Leave Management
- Look after the statutory compliance ESI, EPF (F&F Claims), PT, TDS, LWF
- Handling Payroll Process.
- Responsible for India Annual Increments & Bonus calculations and pay-outs - including identifying employees eligible for increments & bonus based on the guidelines set and analysing budget verses Actual Pay-out.
- Maintain Attrition database.
