Senior Role - HR & IR - Manufacturing

We are looking for Post Graduate Qualification in Management (HR / Personnel) with 12 - 18 years of experience in Human Resource function with exposure in handling plant operations

The Incumbents are responsible for managing the HR, IR and Administration processes at the Factory Locations of the Division .

The candidate should possess strong exposure into HR Business Partner, Employee Engagement & Industrial Relation.

Languages known - Marathi is a must.
