- They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional with strong strategic bent of mind, who can work in partnership with business to effectively deliver their people plans.
Description
- You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Talent Engagement Agenda for India.
- You will work very closely with the senior stakeholders and business heads to drive organisation culture and foster growth.
Profile
- 10-13 years of experience in HRBP/ Talent Management and HR Strategy
- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD/Auto organisation is a must
- Solid experience in Talent Management, Manpower planning, PMS, Competency Framework, OD, Succession Planning etc.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
