Senior Role - HR Generalist/HR Operations - Hospitality

We are hiring for a leading Hospitality/ Retail/ Ecommerce Service based Organisation at Gurgaon.

Position: Sr. role in HR Generalist

Exp: 10-17 years

Industry: Prefer candidates from E-commerce or Start up

Role & Responsibilities :

- Handling recruitment across levels.

- Development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations, talent development, change management etc within the respective business unit.

- Being the interface between the HR CoE teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies, and initiatives.

- Developing and implementing HR Compliance Policies.
