Senior Role - HR Business Partner/HR Generalist - Financial Services

We are hiring for a HR generalist/ HR BP for a leading Financial Services based at Pune.

Position : HR BP

Experience : 8-12 years from BFSI/ Shared services with good HR BP / HR Generalist .

Role & Responsibilities :

- HR Lead will drive HR processes/initiatives across key stages of the employee along with partnering with business stakeholders, supporting client discussions, managing employee escalations

- Ability to impact and influence business leaders / managers and get things done. Well-developed networking and communication skills. High tolerance of ambiguity yet focused on tangible and measurable results.

- Experience of working with senior leadership teams on business critical initiatives

- Build an effective communication plan / governance structure with the internal and external stakeholders.

- Team Leading Experience is preferable.
