Senior Role - HR Business Partner/Generalist - KPO

We are hiring for a leading KPO based Organisation at Bangalore.

Position: Sr. role in HR Generalist

Exp: 17- 20 years

Industry: Prefer candidates from IT / KPO/ BPO Organisation

Role & Responsibilities :

- Development and implementation of HR activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations, talent development, change management etc within the respective business unit.

- Developing and implementing HR Compliance Policies.

- HR Lead will drive HR processes/initiatives across key stages of the employee lifecycle along with partnering with business stakeholders

- Proven ability to identify HR interventions to support business strategy and ensuring implementation to closure

- Ensure the effective delivery of the HR processes : Talent Acquisition & Management, Reward, Capability Development, People Advisory support, Employee life cycle management, Leadership Development, Change Management and Talent Management
