Role : Location Lead ( HR - Business Partner )

Having delivery centres in the US, Uruguay and India, and have a workforce of over 2200+ professionals. Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan (USA),building a global workforce across development locations in New York City, San Jose CA, Bangalore (India), Chennai (India),Hyderabad (India) Pune (India), and Montevideo (Uruguay).
Strategy / Policy :
- Develops strong business relationships with business and functional leaders and helps solve business problems and aligns human resources strategies and solutions to produce business results.
- Develop HR strategy in line with organization strategy .
- Provides developmental coaching and feedback to leaders and people managers.
- Identifies current and future talent development and learning requirements; partners with Learning and Development organizations to incorporate gaps into training programs.
- Managing the performance review process, driving feedback culture, quality of appraisals and timely closure. Identifying and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Partners with the other functional ( Eng, TA,etc) location leads and bring in success for the location
Process Groups :
- Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.
- Supporting recruitment needs and Other HR programs
Relations, Engagement & Management:
- Acts as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances, if any.
- Facilitates development of work culture and climate to meet business and employee needs.
- Driving employee engagement agenda for their teams they support
Qualifications :
- Master's Level education in Human Resources
- Strong organization, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills is essential
- Deploying and providing inputs for compensation and benefit policies and processes
- 12-15 years of experience working in a HR org
- Effective in working with peers, business partners, and other colleagues - embracing different people and cultures to positively impact business performance and foster strong teamwork and inclusion.
