Senior Role - HR Analytics - Six Sigma/Black Belt Certified - KPO

We are hiring for a position in HR Analytics KPO based at Kolkata.

Position : HR Analytics

Exp : 15- 19 yrs with good exposure in HR Analytics with Exposure in Reporting & Analytics

Service level reporting and dashboards

Role & Responsibilities :

- Serves as a domain expert for HRO analytics

- Provides management support to the HRO command center team in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics

- Maintain relationship between the Retained HR Functional Head & HRO delivery teams.

- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed

- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills

Six Sigma certified- Black Belt
