We are hiring for a leading BPO/ KPO based at Hyderabad .

Position : Healthcare Operations

Exp : 13-16 yrs - Loc : Hyderabad

Exp : 17-20 yrs - Loc: Pune

Industry : Prefer candidates having exposure in healthcare operation.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Leads teams that have Health Claims Operations responsibilities including managing upstream and downstream Business stakeholder's priorities, investigating delays and bottlenecks in TAT, rework and appeals

- Builds and reviews business scorecards and performance metrics for the assigned teams and appropriately builds action plans.

- Experience in new project migrations and overseeing planning and implementation to ensure the project moves to steady state in a planned manner

- Oversee quality and process improvement initiatives. Ensures execution and high level of delivery on all projects related to Automation, Innovation and Operational Excellence etc.
