Senior Role - Global Talent Acquisition - KPO

We are hiring for a leading KPO based at Kolkata.

Position : Talent Acquisition

Exp : 12- 14 yrs with good exposure in Global recruitment specifically for EMEA/ Latin America

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the overall execution of the Talent Acquisition global processes, best practices and it's quality across all delivery centers

- Job Descriptions/postings & sourcing and Screening services

- Responsible for profitability and productivity of the contract for a given process on a global basis

- Maintain relationship between the Retained HR Functional Head & HRO delivery teams.

- Align Strategic Talent Acquisition agenda with HRO.

- Excellent customer relations skills to understand client's needs and concerns, maintain and develop relation with the client

- Proven ability to directly manage relationship with the client, including managing client's expectations in order to expand the scope of delivered services
