Senior Role - Global Role - Career & College Guidance Counselor - Education Sector

Role: Career Counsellor(Global Role)

- To provide guidance and support to students in their academic and career development. Will oversee a team of school counsellors and ensure they deliver high-quality services to students. Also includes collaborating with faculty, parents, and community organizations to promote student success.

- Organize career fairs and other events to expose students to various career options and connect them with professionals in the field.

- Collaborate with faculty to integrate career development into the curriculum and provide resources to support student success.

- Manage a variety of events and programs (e.g., student assessments, classroom presentations, career fairs; college visits; fieldtrips, student placement and follow up, teacher and counselor in-services, self-esteem programs, etc.)

- Collaborate with Indian & foreign universities for direct admissions.

- Organize NEET & JEEE coaching/third party tie up for Indian campuses

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidates from Education Sector only

- Bachelor's degree in counselling, psychology, education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred with at least 10+ years of experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse students, parents, and community organizations.
