Senior Role - Global Process - Collections - BPO

Location : Bangalore

Senior Level Role

Shifts : Flexible, US mostly

- Looking for someone with an experience of collections, Accounts receivables, order to cash GPO Role ( Global process owner into collections), process improvement, Transformation

- The resource would be managing a team minimum of 110 - 150 ( delivery head for Bangalore process and other delivery center), okay to process with 70+ team leading experience

- The resource should be very good at communication

- Operations manager would be reporting, should lead innovation, policy, everything that relates to the client.

- Should drive change management, innovation, add value to the project and client

- Will be the client owner.
