- Responsible for setting up entire distribution network and sales structure for General Trade.
- Fully accountable for GT sales strategy (Store Acquisition, Servicing stores retailer relationship, Ensuring brand visibility) and revenue growth (Meeting sales targets) of the company on a PAN India basis.
- Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a focus on increasing distribution and market share
- Ensure efficient adoption of all sales processes in line with our strategy, such as Information technology, capability building etc.
- Work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Fulfilment, Brand Management teams, training and content, Analytics/Business Intelligence to build and improve capabilities required for increasing and improving our performance in the GT channel
- Work closely with brands to improve their availability and sales in participating stores and also grow the list of participating brands and SKUs
