Senior Role - Financial Spreading - KPO

Responsibilities

Learn the process to do financial spreading in a platform and train other team members for the same

Building a team of senior analysts, associates and senior associates to do financial spreading of banks

Production, allocation of and scoping of the projects to meet the timelines

Detailed quality check of projects with feedback

Responsible for team's efficient and quality output, and development of team member

Maintaining the MIS reports like trackers and dashboards

Financial modelling experience is preferred

Required Background / skills

MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA from top tier colleges / institutes

Experience in financial spreading /analysis / modelling and team handling

Team and project handling experience within banking / FIG sector domain for overseas clients

Hands on experience of analytical tools / models is preferred

Excellent written & spoken communication, team handling and project management skills

Strong knowledge of MS office (specially MS excel)

Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, problem solving and interpersonal skills
