We are seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Manager with a deep understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in the U.S. region. This role will involve leading and managing multiple, concurrent due diligence assignments while providing key insights for mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure timely and high-quality execution across various transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple Financial Due Diligence engagements for acquisitions, mergers, and investments in the U.S. global market simultaneously.

- Perform in-depth financial analysis, reviewing target companies' financial statements and identifying key risks, opportunities, and deal-breakers.

- Coordinate across global teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence professionals, ensuring seamless execution across assignments.

- Evaluate financial performance, focusing on quality of earnings, working capital, and debt-related issues across various deals.

- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior management, clients, and stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.

- Develop strategies to efficiently manage resources and deadlines for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring client expectations are met within tight timelines.

- Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, expanding client relationships, and supporting proposal development.

- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of professional growth and accountability.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CA preferred.

- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory Services, or related fields.

- Proven ability to manage multiple, complex assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other international accounting standards, with experience handling cross-border transactions.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring high-quality outcomes across parallel projects.

- Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise reports to stakeholders.

- High level of proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a Big 4 or similar advisory firm, with exposure to handling multiple concurrent engagements.

- Knowledge of key U.S. market sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, or Energy.

- Ability to build strong client relationships and effectively manage client expectations across several transactions.
