Finance & Accounts- senior Role with NBFC

- Supervise on time preparation of all financial statements on quarterly and annual basis ensuring adherence to approved accounting practices.

- Assure compliance with all the provisions of direct & indirect tax rules including on time remittance of dues and filing of income tax, TDS and service tax returns.

- Ensure strict compliance with all statutory requirements under RBI, SEBI, NSE, BSE and Companies Act

- Liaise with auditors and ensure on time completion of internal, statutory and tax audits.

- Manage the daily pay in and pay out of funds

- Control vendor payments to release payments based on order terms and fund availability.

- Generate on time MIS reports covering monthly profit & loss accounts, ABC analysis and ageing analysis
