Urgently Hiring as Enterprise Sales Person for Corporate Learning Solution Division for Leading Training & Development Company.

Their training outsourcing solutions provided for Corporates are a suite of best-in-class training processes that enable customers to reduce costs, sharpen their business focus and obtain quantifiable results. These corporate training programs additionally integrate proven best practices into business processes and redirect surplus training capital into core business solutions. Their Corporate Learning Solutions on high-end technologies, soft-skills, Channel Enablement Services and Managed Training Services (MTS) encompass Learning Content, Learning Delivery, Learning Technology, and Learning Administration.

What will you be responsible for :

- Spearhead sales & marketing initiatives to drive solutions for key enterprise buyers in IT Industry across the Region.

- Marketing & Business Strategy to grow "The Training Outsourcing Solutions"

- MTS (Managed Training Services) business amongst customers.

- Drive strategic goals through regional sales teams.

- Sales Management includes revenue accountability, pipeline management, sales enablement, and execution excellence.

- Achieving year-on-year revenue growth in Gross Margins

- Built pipeline and relationships with Key Corporates

- Increasing wallet share from existing accounts through cross-selling

- Ensure smooth project management across all customer and ensure profitability across customers with zero metric escalations

Qualifications & Experience :

- Ideally, Candidate should be MBA with 12~ 15 Years- experience in hardcore Enterprise sales.

- Minimum 6 years proven success in solution-based selling, preferably Training Process outsourcing or Managed training Solutions to Large IT Clients

- Ability to influence key decision-makers in the C-Suite, evangelizing the benefits of Offerings in creating a Business impact for customers.

- Consistent top performer

- Widespread Industry experience in Business Development with deep connections with the target industries in the defined Territory.

- Entrepreneurial outlook

- Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) and aggressive selling skills

Skills & Abilities:

- Must be articulate with a demonstrated consultative capability

- Competitive personality

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- A critical listener with effective questioning

- Able to manage high-level activity
