Senior Role - Enterprise Architecture - Distributed Systems

1. Responsible for technology thought leadership and technology architecture roadmap for the company

2. Share and evangelize technology strategy with internal and external stakeholders

3. Drive deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud

4. Provide technical support for sales and pre-sales activities

5. Provide consultation to unit heads on strategic planning and decision making for new application development

6. Ensure solutions are developed and packaged in an easily consumable and repeatable way for customers and internal teams including sales, solutions architecture and business teams

7. Responsible for envisioning and developing long-term architectural direction

8. Lead the team in architecture and design best practices

9. Envision, architect and design reusable components

10. Discover, evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance application development efficiency and productivity

11. Promote and drive innovation

12. Build technology and architecture capability across the technology organization

13. Lead and develop the architecture team

14. Author or otherwise contribute whitepapers, reference architectures, and reference implementations

15. Deliver keynotes at technology events, conferences, symposiums, etc.

16. Be accountable for technological prowess of the team and their deliverables

17. Understand client's explicit/implicit business challenges and then recommend them on the best technological solutions

18. Look at client's enterprise wide needs, existing tech solutions etc. and then draw out a holistic long-term strategy for them

19. Own roadmap to build state of the art technology capability within the organization including grooming of new/existing talent pool on emerging technologies

20. Build and maintain a reliable ecosystem for technology solution development/delivery

Required Profile:

1. BE/ BTech/ MS preferably in Computer Science

2. 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years of experience in architecture and design across various enterprise applications

3. Experience with developing complex and high-performance distributed systems

4. Experience on one of more cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, GCS

5. Aware of latest trends in technology

6. Organizational and leadership skills

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills

8. Collaborative and team player

9. Excellent networking and influencing skills

10. Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF/ Zachman

11. Demonstrated technology thought leadership
