- Provide consulting, counsel/recommendations to Senior Executives, People Managers on various Employee Relation matters
- Communicate to Managers appropriate changes/recommendations in line with the local statutes on Employee Relation cases
- Provides employees with guidance on interpretation of HR policies & programs, provide end to end resolutions to their queries
- Champion best practices and help identify improvements to enhance HR services & products for the workforce, and support the change journey for people managers around a broad range of HR-ER processes and policies - including matters related to ICC
- With extensive experience in ER - handling cases & investigations, work on litigation related cases in conjunction with ER and legal
- Manage/undertake ER investigations across multiple sites/regions, including sensitive investigations and support/action on a range of consequence management - including disciplinary actions and cessations of employment
- Identifying training needs across levels of management analyzing the existing level of competencies, from HR-ER standpoint
- Steering policies and initiatives for identifying high potential, high performing talent within the organization, while providing accelerated developmental work assignments and training opportunities
- Establish effective relationships across the business and functional matrix with the ability to influence and provide guidance and coaching on complex people matters
- Establishing sound and constructive working relationships within HR-ER team and adapt to a dynamic work style, prioritize workloads to attend multifaceted, legal risk cases, manage complex governance and audit requirements
- Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships with Business, members of the HR & ER functions
- Effectively communicate and influence ER expertise with workforce through building strong working relationships
- Actively involved in works supporting, promoting, and facilitating fair and productive employee/employer relationships and closely working with the respective SMEs / Leads on ER related policies and matters related to ER, cases that can give rise to ER
implications (e.g. workplace conflicts, complaints, performance appraisal disputes, absence management, disciplinary actions/consequence management, exit management)
- Lead/managed internal investigations on complicated matters related to PCC (personal misconduct) and Employee Grievances and Complaints, Performance related disputes, Whistleblowing and other Workplace issues in line with Organization protocols and also supported with cross border investigations
