Position : Sr. level - Employee Relations

Exp : 14+ years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Development and implementation of Employee relations activities/initiatives such as retention, engagement, employee relations

- Being the interface between the HR CoE teams, Top Management and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.

- Owning the Employee strategy for the business with clear accountability drawn for engagement and retention.
