Design and develop world class, innovative, D&I strategies and initiatives with proven impact and external profile.
- Lead and manage a diverse team and collaborate globally to deliver high quality results
- Coach senior leaders and diversity champions on how to communicate the firm's position on inclusion internally.
- Liaise with firm leadership on diversity initiatives including Divisional Leadership, the India Diversity Committee and the Diversity Networks.
- Provide advisory to various strands of diversity like gender, disability, LGBT, religion and culture and family.
- Strengthen our external brand as a firm that values and celebrates diversity to attract and retain the best talent.
- Drive accountability and governance for global representation aspirations and other board commitments.
- Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities and measure progress.
- Advise on the development and delivery of world class diversity recruitment, retention and promotion practices, including expansion of existing programs with proven impact.
- Maintain focus on regulatory/policy change, and local advocacy.
- Identify strategic opportunities to represent the firm externally and develop appropriate relationships with external partners and associations to enable information gathering and advocacy.
- Support the firm's participation in benchmarking surveys and regional award submissions.
- Act as a conduit for research, intelligence and external developments in the diversity arena.
