Digital marketing - B2B segment
- We are looking for a Digital Marketing expert who will be responsible for planning, developing and executing the Marketing initiatives of the company with an aim to create sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include :
- Strategize and develop digital marketing, brand positioning for the company
- Work on the editorial to develop the right content for growth and focus on Marcom/ PR
- Marketing Analytics - Analyze & manage the performance of marketing channels via Analytical tools and thus develop strategies for the continuous improvement.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
- Creating campaigns from ideation phase budgeting to final roll out and along with defined campaign metrics
- Actively participate at workshops, conferences, exhibition and Road Shows
- Develop and drive media outreach campaigns, building relationships with local media influencers to increase media presence and build top of mind brand awareness and preference for companies branded solutions.
- Responsible to Design, build and maintain social media presence
- Develop awareness plans to drive user engagement with the Hexagon brands.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and markets. Being able to do proper market sizing (TAM / PAM) for different business segments of Hexagon India.
- Development of Product and Service campaign planning and execution process
- Optimize and explore available channels (digital and print) to gain exposure for product updates
- Create core positioning and messaging content to support a customer centric buying process
- Drive new product launches and go-to-market plans for all products including positioning and messaging, sales enablement, communications and lead generation
- Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging that can be translated into key messages for a variety of audiences including customers, partners, media, industry analysts
- Ensure execution is based on budget and in line with approved global marketing initiatives
- Maintain a close relationship with commercial partners to coordinate their marketing activities
Key Skills required :
- Ideal Candidate should come with MBA from a Tier 1 B-School with 10+ years
- Experience in creating and executing Performance Marketing (which includes Digital marketing) and a strong understanding of BTL
- Has exposure in various subdomains of marketing - Brand, creative & content, insights and analytics, consumer journey/exp management, events & activation, Lead gen/growth, and communication.
- Comfort with Startup operating model to build the function for a Product B2B technology conglomerate
- Well networked in the Marketing & Advertising ecosystem
