Role Purpose :
- Deliver and run a world-class shared-service Acquisition & Retention (A&R) function. Be at the forefront of organisation dealer & commission team offshoring creating and maintaining a successful partnership with onshore Finance Operations.
- This is a key role in the success and efficiency of the end-to-end processes for tier one commissions and stock accounting for company
Typical Outputs :
- Operational management of A&R functions in shared services
- Leading offshoring of A&R processes
- Support business change and develop new ways of working driving process efficiency and effectiveness
Stakeholder Engagement : work with stakeholders across A&R and the business to drive issue/reporting resolutions, encourage open dialogue and to support core activities and initiatives in their areas
Financial reporting : including the reporting of monthly financial results, operating a robust control environment (including SOX and Balance Sheet reconciliations) and in accordance with Group accounting standards.
Criteria :
- Chartered Accountant
- Good exposure in Dealer commission
- Team Handling experience.
