Customer Insight - Technology Operations
Job Description :
- Customer insight, relationship management support and tracking
- Continually engage with Business partners and gather customer information
- Regularly measure the needs and cut once the overall needs of the business in alignment with the organization goals
- Create a Customer insight strategy plan for self ( team ) develop and gather to analyze customer data, and turning data into valuable insights and actions for the company to implement
- Provide adequate support to the product engineering groups and derive adequate customer service.
- Analyse and identify patterns at the Business operations end, including product lines and find out exactly the important requests. Build stronger relationships with internal customers and engage in relevant conversations.
Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- Computer science, economics, finance, or accounting
- Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, training, and troubleshooting skills; ability to evaluate and manage client business needs
