Senior Role - CRM Analytics - ITeS/KPO

Location: Gurgaon

We are hiring for a leading ITES/KPO based at Gurgaon

Position : SR. Level Role

Education: Any Post graduate/ Graduate with good exposure in CRM analytics

Experience : 12 + yrs in Model development,, CRM analytics, Text mining, Data Modeling

Role & Responsibilities :

- Leading delivery for Analytics projects and people management

- Managing existing text mining projects and CRM stake-holders

- Managing project on assessment framework development and execution

- Good knowledge of statistical and Analytics tools like - R, SAS, SPSS

- Knowledge of advanced excel, excel macro, usage of data tool pack in excel

- Knowledge of Text mining and Speech Analytics concepts/algorithms
